April Update - TWN, CBC and Website Re-format

My schedule has stabilized slightly as we get into the first month of Spring (full disclosure: I also hit a milestone birthday this month that I'm kind of dreading).

Now that we are fully into Spring, I have done some sprucing up with my website to make it more user-friendly. I've consolidated previous examples of my print, web, and video work into more easily navigable sections.

All of my Sports Writing, News Writing, Video, and Audio work from my media career can now be found in distinct sections. Sports, Weather, and News clips can be found at Demo Reels. I have updated the About Mike section as well.

And there are now two versions of my book, 60'6": Balls, Strikes, and Baseball Mortality, you can order from my website: a signed hard copy or an e-book version.

Earth Day is also in April and I put together a story with Earth Day Canada about their new campaign to reduce Canadian carbon emissions.

My weekend schedule at The Weather Network is now late-afternoons and evenings. For CBC, I do the weather on The National Sunday night and two segments for CBC Toronto on Sunday night. I also do the weather for CBC News Network periodically during the week.

Here's a look at my April schedule. Of course, depending on what area of the country you live in, you may not be able to see me at these times as TWN runs five different feeds: British Columbia, Alberta, GTA, Atlantic and National (all times are ET). And you can see me, periodically, during these times on CBC News Network as well.

April 3, 4, 5 - 6 p.m. 11 p.m.
