October Update - More Morning Shows

I had a blast filling in on the Global Toronto morning show for a week last month. It was actually the first time I had to set an alarm to wake up since leaving The Weather Network over a year ago (one of the underrated benefits to working nights!).

Although the lack of sleep was painful at times, working the morning show was a nice change of pace. There was less of a weather focus during my on-air segments and more of an opportunity to showcase personal opinion and personality.

I posted a number of segments from my time on the morning show to my Facebook Page. Check out the page and be sure to like it to get all of my career updates.

And I'm not finished on the morning show either. I will be filling once again for a week this month. Be sure to tune in October 17 to 21 from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. if you live in Ontario. I will also post clips from that week to my Facebook page.

I mentioned last month that there has been a change to my normal schedule. In addition to my regular duties, I am now responsible for the 6 p.m. weather updates for Global Halifax and Global New Brunswick.

So, here's my schedule for September (all times local).

Thursday -  6 p.m. newscast for the Maritimes, 10 p.m. for Winnipeg, Regina, and Saskatoon

Friday - 6 p.m. newscast for the Maritimes, 10 p.m. for Winnipeg, Regina, and Saskatoon, 11 p.m. for Toronto, Montreal and the Maritimes
