London Knights staying loose and motivated

I talked to Knights' assistant coach Misha Donskov yesterday as the team was on the bus heading up the 401 for a three-game road trip to take on Kingston, Belleville, and Ottawa. He told me how the team stays loose and motivated in the weeks leading to the playoffs.

Miked Up - Noise By-Law

The city of London currently has a by-law limiting the volume level of out door concerts at 90 decibels and forbids music to be played past 11 p.m. Some councillors want to abolish the by-law. I talked to some local residents to get their take.
