July Update

I think the saying of 'be careful what you wish for' is appropriate this time of year in select areas across the country. We were all begging for the heat during that brutal winter and June certainly brought its fair share of heat and humidity.

However, you won't find me complaining about it. I'd take the heat over the cold any day of the week and twice on Sundays. I've been playing a lot of tennis so far this summer and I put together a story for The Weather Network on what tennis court surface is best for battling active weather.

Here's my July schedule. Of course, depending on what area of the country you live in, you may not be able to see me at these times as TWN runs five different feeds: British Columbia, Alberta, GTA, Atlantic and National (all times are ET).

June Update plus Sports Clips

It's hard to believe that it's June already (but great to finally see some warm weather!). May just flew by for me, but it was a very hectic month.

My duties at The Weather Network, coupled with my freelance work for CrossFit at the Canada West Regional, plus a quick 10-day sojourn to Europe to visit my best friend, led to a crazy month that saw me only have one day off (where I could sit and do nothing) throughout the entire month.

June is going to be very busy at The Weather Network as well. I'll get to my schedule in just a second, but first, I put together a quick sports video that contains some of my CrossFit clips as well as sports-related clips from my segments at The Weather Network, plus one blast from the past.
